Tube thermo wells
The tube thermowells protect the sensors against mechanical stresses and hard working conditions.
They allow a correct working way and save life time of the sensors.
Standard materials are stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316.
To order, please specify meterial, diameter and thickness, dimensions L and H, fittings connections.

Body material: Thermoplastic
Contact material: same of the sensors.

Thermocouple cables
Thermocouples wires transmit temperature signal to the thermoregulator.
The connection to the thermoregulator is directed or intermediated through an extension compensated cable.
The extension cable insulation is according to the working temperature.See below for different construction types of the available cables
TYPE DESCRIPTION WORKING TEMPERATURE
A Glass braid wires insulation (I) with external jacked (II) -60°C + 350°C
B PVC insulation wires (I) and PVC body (II) -40°C + 80°C
C Teflon insulation wires (I) and teflon body (II) -200°C + 260°C
All types of cables can be overbraided with either stainless steel or tinned copper.
Types of overbraiding allow the cables durability, flexibility, and abrasion protection.
It is possible to supply cable with protection Aluminium/Mylar with drain wire.
